🧠 Mental Health Week is coming soon! 💬
Join us, next month, May 5–11 for the 74th annual Mental Health Week with the Canadian Mental Health Association. This year’s theme is “Unmasking Mental Health.”
Many people living with mental health or substance use challenges feel the need to wear a “mask” to hide their struggles—out of fear, shame, or stigma. But masking takes a toll. The more we hide, the more alone we can feel.
Let’s change that.
This May, we’re encouraging everyone to look beyond the surface, embrace vulnerability, and see the whole person—not just what’s shown on the outside. Together, we can create a ripple effect of connection, compassion, and understanding. 💙
Stay tuned for ways to get involved, share your story, and support mental wellness in our community.

During this time of year, the mix of weather—sunshine, rain, wind, and grey skies—can feel disorienting. Our mental health can feel the same.
Just like the forecast, our emotional landscape can shift without warning. One minute we feel bright and energized, the next we’re overwhelmed or low. And that’s okay.
What matters most is knowing that these shifts are natural—and that you’re not alone.
Remember:
🌱 Be gentle with yourself.
🌈 Take each moment as it comes.
💬 If you need support, reach out. Our team is here for you.
