The CMHA-CEH Branch offers a variety of Supportive Programs, which are open to all members of the community. These programs allow individuals to meet other individuals in the community who may be going through similar experiences, and to actively work on their mental wellness.
Our Supportive Programs include:
Auricular Acupuncture
Free, weekly sessions from a Certified Auricular Acupuncturist are offered to all community members from our branch location at 574 Prince Street.
Participants report improved stress management, sleep, mood, and a reduction of craving for nicotine or other substances.
These sessions are open to everyone, no registration necessary. Weekly from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesdays.
