๐ป Things You Should Ghost This Halloween ๐ป
This Halloween, letโs focus on leaving behind the things that drain our mental well-being. Here are a few things itโs totally okay to ghost:
๐ Toxic Relationships โ If someone makes you feel bad about yourself or consistently crosses your boundaries, itโs okay to step away. Your peace comes first.
๐ Negative Self-Talk โ You wouldnโt say hurtful things to a friend, so donโt say them to yourself. Replace that inner critic with kindness and self-compassion.
๐ฏ Unrealistic Expectations โ It's okay not to be perfect. Give yourself permission to rest, make mistakes, and do things at your own pace.
๐ป Overcommitment โ Itโs okay to say no. Prioritize what matters most to you and leave room for rest and recharge.
๐ The Pressure to Always Be Okay โ You donโt have to have it all together all the time. Reach out when you need help. Itโs okay not to be okay.
This Halloween, letโs ghost what no longer serves us and make space for healing, rest, and connection. ๐

This Halloween, weโre askingโwhatโs behind your mask? ๐ญ
Sometimes, we wear invisible masks to hide what weโre really feelingโlike stress, anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm. It can feel easier to pretend everything is fine, even when itโs not. But carrying those hidden emotions alone can make things harder.
Itโs okay to let the mask slip and show what youโre really going through. Whether it's talking to a friend, family member, or mental health professional, sharing whatโs behind the mask can be the first step toward healing.
You donโt have to hideโyour feelings are valid, and help is here when you need it. ๐ค

What damage they have done in Truro! Do not trust anyone in a pain clinic !!! They only want to spread who you are and to actually tell me God has no place spiritualism of any kind is stupid and to make us worse!
Good stuff
Here's our friendly reminder that asking for help is okay. ๐
Donโt second-guess whether you โqualifyโ for supportโmental health challenges affect people from all walks of life, and no struggle is too small to ask for help. You deserve support exactly where you are, no matter what youโre going through.
Reaching out isnโt a sign of weakness; itโs a step toward healing. Whether itโs speaking with a friend, joining a community program, or connecting with a mental health professional, help is available. Youโre not alone in this, and thereโs no shame in asking for the support you need.

๐ 4 Tips to Support Your Mental Health This Fall ๐
๐Embrace the Change of Seasons
As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, enjoy the beauty of fall. Try seasonal activities like visiting pumpkin patches, hiking, or joining community events. Connecting with nature can lift your spirits and offer a fresh perspective.
๐Maintain a Healthy Routine
Shorter days and cooler weather can disrupt routines. Stick to regular exercise, healthy meals, and consistent sleep. Cozy activities like reading by the fire or cooking comfort food can nourish your body and mind.
๐Stay Connected
More time indoors can lead to feelings of isolation. Keep in touch with friends and familyโplan game nights, coffee chats, or virtual hangouts. A strong support network can help ease loneliness and create a sense of belonging.
๐Seek Professional Support if Needed
If the season feels overwhelming, don't hesitate to seek help. Speaking with a mental health professional can equip you with tools to manage emotions and face challenges. Asking for help shows strength, not weakness.
๐ Weโre Here to Help
