Stay Connected This Fall 🍂
As the days grow shorter and cooler, it’s easy to feel disconnected while spending more time indoors. But staying connected with others is essential for your mental health! Reach out to friends, family, or neighbours to maintain those important social bonds.
Plan virtual hangouts, coffee dates, or walks in the park. Even a quick phone call or text message can brighten someone’s day—and yours too! Social connection helps reduce feelings of loneliness, providing a sense of comfort and belonging.
Remember, sharing time together—even in small ways—can make a big difference. You’re not alone, and neither are the people around you. 🤝

Friendly Reminder: You Are Not Alone.
In a world that often feels overwhelming, it’s important to remember that you are not alone in your struggles. Everyone faces challenges—whether it’s anxiety, sadness, or just feeling lost at times.
Reaching out for support can be a powerful step toward healing. Whether it’s talking to a friend, a family member, or a mental health professional, sharing what you’re going through can lighten the load.
Remember, there’s strength in vulnerability, and you deserve to feel supported. Don’t hesitate to seek help—because you are never truly alone.

Much like pumpkins need time to grow, healing takes time. Carve out space for self-care and rest during this busy season. 🍁 If you’re feeling the weight of it all, remember, it’s okay to take a step back and focus on your well-being.

👻 Things You Should Ghost This Halloween 👻
This Halloween, let’s focus on leaving behind the things that drain our mental well-being. Here are a few things it’s totally okay to ghost:
🎃 Toxic Relationships – If someone makes you feel bad about yourself or consistently crosses your boundaries, it’s okay to step away. Your peace comes first.
🍂 Negative Self-Talk – You wouldn’t say hurtful things to a friend, so don’t say them to yourself. Replace that inner critic with kindness and self-compassion.
🕯 Unrealistic Expectations – It's okay not to be perfect. Give yourself permission to rest, make mistakes, and do things at your own pace.
👻 Overcommitment – It’s okay to say no. Prioritize what matters most to you and leave room for rest and recharge.
🌙 The Pressure to Always Be Okay – You don’t have to have it all together all the time. Reach out when you need help. It’s okay not to be okay.
This Halloween, let’s ghost what no longer serves us and make space for healing, rest, and connection. 💙

This Halloween, we’re asking—what’s behind your mask? 🎭
Sometimes, we wear invisible masks to hide what we’re really feeling—like stress, anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm. It can feel easier to pretend everything is fine, even when it’s not. But carrying those hidden emotions alone can make things harder.
It’s okay to let the mask slip and show what you’re really going through. Whether it's talking to a friend, family member, or mental health professional, sharing what’s behind the mask can be the first step toward healing.
You don’t have to hide—your feelings are valid, and help is here when you need it. 🖤

What damage they have done in Truro! Do not trust anyone in a pain clinic !!! They only want to spread who you are and to actually tell me God has no place spiritualism of any kind is stupid and to make us worse!
Good stuff
Here's our friendly reminder that asking for help is okay. 💙
Don’t second-guess whether you “qualify” for support—mental health challenges affect people from all walks of life, and no struggle is too small to ask for help. You deserve support exactly where you are, no matter what you’re going through.
Reaching out isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a step toward healing. Whether it’s speaking with a friend, joining a community program, or connecting with a mental health professional, help is available. You’re not alone in this, and there’s no shame in asking for the support you need.
