Community Presentations
Our staff are available to offer a wide variety of presentations including teen and senior mental health, anxiety, life/work balance, stress management, anger management, depression, schizophrenia, etc. It may be possible for our staff to provide presentations on specific topics, as requested.

Emotions Management
CMHA Colchester-East Hants Branch staff can provide a two-day workshop that will equip participants with the skills and material to deliver a program for emotional management.

First Aid and CPR
CMHA Colchester-East Hants Branch has a certified First Aid Instructor on staff. This instructor can provide First Aid and CPR training for your organization either from our Branch Location or on-site at your workplace.

Mental Health in the Workplace
CMHA Colchester-East Hants Branch provides an educational workshop for both employers and employees to assist in creating and maintaining a positive, mentally healthy, supportive work environment. Employers can learn how to improve morale and productivity, while reducing the costs associated with lost production due to employee mental illness.
A partnership with the Mood Disorders Society of Canada allows us to provide the “Work With Us” workshops and resources.
